KPM UK Site Staff Development - 26/01/2012
As part of the overall site strategy KPM UK has committed to a training schedule that will involve all employees in a continuous improvement programme lasting 3 years.
It is well known that production efficiencies and quality can only improve if, as a collective,KPM UK staff continue to learn and improve whilst developing new skills. We recognise that to keep ahead of our competition our staff need to be the best. KPM UK has appointed LEAD, an external contractor specialising in lean and continuous operational training. Over time this will add value and improvements to meeting and delivering customer requirements.
The programme will run parallel to normal workforce activities and during live actions employees will learn to build the necessary tools and skills to gain practical experience,generating “live” adjustable improvements to output with minimal wastage.
