K3VL Success at Volvo - 19/01/2012

Its taken 10 years in the making but this year finally we have satisfied Volvo CE with the product
capability, quality and durability of the K3VL product range and the Plymouth manufacturing facility such
that KPM is selected for the pump supply on the new Volvo CE G series large wheel loader range



The NPI process is the structured method that KPM UK uses for defining and executing the actions necessary to introduce a new product into our manufacturing and logistical processes so as to ensure that it satisfies both
customer and internal requirements in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.



Part of KPM's off-highway valves range, the PV48K Joystick has already received significant production orders from some of the world's leading manufacturers of mobile equipment.



KPM's range of pilot valves which was previewed in KPM News last year, is already generating significant sales throughout Europe.



Kawasaki's revolutionary K3VL medium pressure pump has proved to be the perfect fit for the range of Generation 7, 25, 27 and 30 tonne Articulated Dump Trucks recently launched by Terex Equipment Ltd.



Further developments in application techniques have enabled a whopping increase in power and speed ratings of up to 50% in Kawasaki Staffa Motors.




KPM Strengthened its marketing at Bauma China



Rapidly rising European sales of Kawasaki hydraulic pumps, motors and valves for the off-highway and industrial markets are fuelling a major 5 million euro investment programme in new product development and advanced manufacturing facilities at the company's European base.

The new K3VL "B" Series - 08/07/2009

In keeping with Kawasak'is commitment to new product development, four years after the successful launch of the K3VL series of piston pumps, the new K3VL B series has been developed.
