To commemorate the start of this project we held a short Ground Breaking Ceremony on the morning of Friday, 20th July 2012 which was performed by our Japanese President Mr Mackie Sonoda, and was attended by a small number of invited dignitaries that are stakeholders in the project.

The project is part funded by up to £1m from the South West Competitiveness European Regional Development Fund 2007 to 2013
