Meet the application engineering team:
Our Engineers are individuals who between them have over 100 years of applications and product experience in the hydraulics market. They are there to serve you all in successfully converting sales opportunities into business success stories.
Over the past year they have been involved in applications throughout our sales region. Mobile, Marine and Industrial applications have been successfully implemented in countries ranging from UK, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy, Germany, Austria and Turkey to name but a few.
Led by Gerry Warren who has over 40 years of Product Engineering and Applications knowledge, the team comprises: Ryo Kusumoto the resident KPMJ support engineer providing backup and feedback to our KPMJ engineering colleagues; Graeme Putt the senior mobile applications support specialist who has over 25 years knowledge and experience both in KPM and Staffa products; John Glover, has returned to the team after an intensive 6 months in Japan; Nigel King, a highly seasoned and experienced engineer with over 35 years experience who focuses on Staffa and K3VL VG applications; and Gareth Totman, who in addition to application engineering, provides exhibition and mobile spares product support as required.
Their task is to support both our direct customers and distribution network so as to fully specify the opportunity, attend application start up and commissioning, conduct product training, complete application sign-off. They champion the new product introduction process so that, at production start-up, nothing is left to chance.
